The simplicity of getting your thoughts down on pieces of paper is so powerful, it will change your life. This Do More, Be More journal only takes a short 5-10 minutes of your morning to set yourself up mentally, gather your thoughts, and organize your schedule for the day. Keep things simple. Write what you mean,write down what you want to get done, write what's important to you, and reflect on it by diving into your emotions and habits on a daily basis.
My goal is to provide you with motivation and the tools to grasp what's truly important in your life. The things you are grateful for, the things you aspire to achieve, the absolute love and confidence in yourself. These are the things I hope to bring to light.

- It will also ask you to believe in yourself by affirming it and writing it down each day.
- You'll be in touch with at least 3 habits and emotions that you'll want to focus on or avoid.
- There's a task management to-do list and free space to write down your thoughts, ideas, and to allow for creativity.
- Each day there will be a motivational quote that I hope inspires you to seize the day, no matter what you might be going through.
Fill in each space to the best of your ability and don't stress when you feel like there isn't much to write down. That's ok. One word is one thought, jot it down. Eventually it will become a habit that has the potential to change your life and how you take on each day.
